Chicken Liver Casserole
|Long grain and wild rice mix||6 Ounce|
|Chicken livers||1⁄2 Pound|
|Button mushrooms||12 Ounce|
|Chicken broth||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Cook rice according to package directions.
Saute chicken livers in butter.
Arrange layers of rice, chicken livers and mushrooms in 2-quart casserole; add 2 cups broth.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min- utes, adding remaining broth as necessary to keep rice moist.
