Ingredients
  Chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked and diced
  Almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), slivered
  Small onion 1
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , hard cooked
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Cream and mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), diced
  Potato chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed (As Desired)
  Paprika To Taste (As Desired)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

MAKING
2) In a buttered casserole or pan, place the ingredients.
3) Mix well and top with crushed potato chips.
4) For color, add paprika.
5) Bake in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes.

SERVING
6) A perfect dish for a quick lunch is ready.
