Marinated Chick Peas
|Canned chickpeas||12 Ounce|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||2 Teaspoon, minced|
|Fresh basil||2 Teaspoon, minced|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
1) In a medium bowl, put the chickpeas and set aside.
2) Combine together all the remaining ingredients in a measuring cup or small bowl.
3) Pour the mixture all over the chickpeas. Gently toss to coat.
4) Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.
5) Serve as preferred.
