Chicken Breasts Supreme
|Dried beef||4 Ounce|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Rinse dried beef to remove salt; place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bone, skin and halve chicken breasts.
Place chicken over beef; place bacon on chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Combine soup and sour cream in saucepan; stir over low heat until blended.
Pour soup mixture over chicken; bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour longer.
