Grilled Barbecue Chicken

Are you tired of making the same kind of chicken every time for dinner? Here is a different recipe to make Grilled Barbecue Chicken with cut pieces of whole chicken and some simple common spices. Cool with a sauce, greens or even a glass of wine!

Ingredients

Whole chicken 4 Pound , cut into separate pieces
Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Chicken rub 2 Tablespoon (Famous Dave's)
Barbecue sauce 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (Famous Dave'S)

Directions

Preheat grill to high.

Cut up chicken in separate pieces, if not already cut up. Rub olive oil over chicken and season with chicken rub. Place aluminum foil on the grill and place chicken on top. Grill on first side for 8 minutes then turn and cook for another 8 minutes. Turn the grill to medium and start basting barbecue sauce over top, flipping ever 10 minutes. Take chicken off the grill once it reaches and internal temperature of 165 degrees, approximately 35-40 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
