Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Chicken rub | 2 Tablespoon (Famous Dave's) | |
Barbecue sauce | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (Famous Dave'S) |
Preheat grill to high.
Cut up chicken in separate pieces, if not already cut up. Rub olive oil over chicken and season with chicken rub. Place aluminum foil on the grill and place chicken on top. Grill on first side for 8 minutes then turn and cook for another 8 minutes. Turn the grill to medium and start basting barbecue sauce over top, flipping ever 10 minutes. Take chicken off the grill once it reaches and internal temperature of 165 degrees, approximately 35-40 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
