Chicken Liver Appetizers

Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Diet margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken livers 1 Pound
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a non-stick skillet, saute the livers in the margarine, sprinkle with the salt and pepper and cook over a moderate heat for about 10 minutes, turning frequently.
2) Stir in the wine and simmer covered for another 5 minutes until tender.

SERVING
3) Insert wooden picks into the livers and serve immediately.
