Barbecued Broilers

Ingredients
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime juice/Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Tabasco 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Broilers 4
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add mustard and molasses and mix well.
2) Add in the juice, salad oil, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, 1/2 teaspoon monosodium glutamate and salt.
3) Blend well.
4) Sprinkle additional monosodium glutamate over the broiler halves.
5) Brush with barbecue sauce.
6) Over glowing coals, Arrange the chicken cut side down on a greased grill.
7) Grill slowly for about 35 minutes, or till tender, turning with tongs and basting often with the remaining sauce.

SERVING
8) Serve hot.
