|Chicken pieces||1 Pound, skinned, boned|
|Canola oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Green onions||2 , chopped|
|Chopped chinese parsley/Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or Cilantro)|
|Tomato||1 , chopped|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Sprinkle chicken pieces with paprika, patting it in.
2) In a skillet add oil to heat.
3) Add chicken to brown.
4) Add remaining ingredients.
5) Cover with a lid, reduce heat and cook about 15 minutes. Turn chicken at least twice during cooking.
6) Serve the chicken over rice.
