Chicken Cilantro

Ingredients
  Chicken pieces 1 Pound, skinned, boned
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canola oil 2 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Chopped chinese parsley/Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or Cilantro)
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Sprinkle chicken pieces with paprika, patting it in.

MAKING
2) In a skillet add oil to heat.
3) Add chicken to brown.
4) Add remaining ingredients.
5) Cover with a lid, reduce heat and cook about 15 minutes. Turn chicken at least twice during cooking.

SERVING
6) Serve the chicken over rice.
