Chicken Paprika

Ingredients
  Chicken pieces 3 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, finely chopped
  Green pepper 1 , seeded, finely chopped
  Paprika pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Clean the chicken and cut into joints using poultry shears

MAKING
2. In a flameproof cassrole, add butter and melt it over the conventional hot plate; fry onions for a couple of minutes in it
3. Add green pepper, cook for three minutes; mix in paprika and add pat dried chicken to it; stir around so that the pieces are coated thoroughly
4. Add tomato, water and seasoning; cover and microwave for twenty minutes

SERVING
5. Stir sour cream and serve on a bed of noodles alongside green salad
