Roast Chicken In A Bag

Chicken is a favorite at my home. I love entertaining and also trying out new and interesting chicken recipe. This roast chicken in a bag is one of my all time favorites. Especially when it comes to the taste and flavors. If you are a chicken lover you must try it and you will enjoy every bite of it
  Roasting chicken 5 Pound
  Lemon 1
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Stuffing 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Rub chicken inside and out with lemon.
Combine butter, salt and pepper.
Rub chicken with butter mixture, coating back lightly and coating breast and thighs heavily.
Sprinkle with paprika; chill.
Pour oil into brown paper bag; shake until bag is well oiled.
Place bag in baking pan.
Stuff chicken lightly with stuffing.
Place chicken in oiled bag, breast side up.
Twist end of bag shut; tie with cord or wire.
Bake at 325 degrees for 4 hours.
Do not open bag while baking.
