Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 Medium
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 1 Pound
  Whole kernel corn 1 Pound
  Broiler fryer chicken 1
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large
  Green pepper 1
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In 5 or 6-quart kettle melt butter over medium heat and brown adding chicken on both sides.
2. Remove chicken and add celery, onion, and green pepper to kettle and cook 5 minutes stirring often.
3. Add water, potatoes, salt, paprika, black pep- per, thyme, Worcestershire sauce and chicken and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes and corn and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until chicken is tender.

SERVING
5. Serve with corn sticks or in soup plates and supply with knife, fork and spoon to eat.
