Homemade Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients
  Crushed unsweetened high protein cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Broiler fryer chicken pieces 2 Pound
  Evaporated skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a flat plate, mix crushed cereal, salt and pepper, dip[ chicken into milk and roll it into this mixture
2.In a nonstick cookie sheet place the chicken pieces on it with the skin side facing down
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for half an hour; turn around and bake on the other side for another half an hour

4. Serve a appropriate
