Herbed Chicken

Ingredients
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Dried tarragon leaves 2 Teaspoon
  Broiler fryer chicken 1 Pound, split in half lengthwise
Directions

MAKING
1. For the basting sauce, combine all the ingredients except chicken
2. In a broiler rack, place the chicken with the skin side up and brush with the basting sauce
3. Broil for eight to ten inches from the heat source for three quarters of an hour or so until tender; keep basting if needed

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
