Chicken Sausage And Fresh Vegetable Frittata

Ingredients
For bob mac diarmid's chicken, sausage and fresh vegetable frittata
  Eggs 4 , slightly beaten
  Canned fire roasted tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce, drained of excess juice (1 Can)
  Grated cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Sharp Cheese)
  Chipotle powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon, mixed into 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard.
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Steamed green beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Steamed broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken breast 1 , forked (From A Rotisserie Chicken)
  Spicy sausage link 2 , thinly sliced
  Smoked paprika 2 Dash (A Sprinkle)
  2% milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
For classic frittata
  Eggs 8 , slightly beaten
  Grated cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Use Cheddar Cheese)
  Diced mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tabasco 5 Dash
  Zucchini 1 Medium, thinly sliced and lightly sauteed
  Chicken breasts 2 , cooked and diced
  Bacon strips 4 , crumbled
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Half and half 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese/Romano cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a 7 x 11 casserole (spray bottom) spread half the cheese, layer in the chicken, then one by one the rest of the ingredients. Add the remaining cheese plus the mozzarella. In a bowl combine eggs, salt, milk, parsley, flour and chipotle mustard, blend and pour over chicken. Bake at 350, 35-40 mins until custard is set in the middle and a knife comes out clean. Let sit for 5 mins before cutting. Can be served hot or just room temperature.

In a 9 x 13 casserole (spray bottom) spread half the cheese, layer in the chicken, then the bacon and cooked zucchini. Add the remaining cheese plus the mozzarella. In a bowl combine eggs, salt, milk, parsley, flour and tabasco, blend and pour over chicken. Sprinkle lightly with parmesan and paprika. Bake at 350, 35-40 mins until custard is set in the middle and a knife comes out clean. Let sit for 5 mins before cutting. Can be served hot or just room temperature.
