Tasty Chicken In Cream
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Small garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chicken broth||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Light cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown chicken well in butter in skillet; transfer to baking pan.
Combine onion, garlic, chicken broth, cream and seasonings in saucepan; heat through.
Pour mixture over chicken; cover pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
Uncover; bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer.
Remove chicken from pan; keep warm.
Blend flour and water into pan drippings; pour over chicken.
Serve with wild rice.
