Stuffed Chicken Roma

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 72 Ounce (Six Pieces Weighing About 12 Ounces Each)
  Finely chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)
  Fresh bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soft salami 1⁄4 Pound, finely chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. Bone the chicken breasts, leaving the skin in place; place ti flat on a cutting board with the skin side facing down
2. In a small frying pan, melt three tablespoons of butter and saute oions in it; add in bread crumbs and salami and cook till evenly moist
3. Divide the stuffing into six parts and spoon it into the chicken breasts; fold the edges, cover comp-letely and secure with toothpicks
4. In a saucepan or grill, melt the rest of the butter, and brish it over the chicken; place them on the grill with the buttered suide down about six inches away from the coals and grill for twenty miutes
5. Place it on a warm serving platter and remove the toothpicks

SERVING
6. Garnish with a sprig of chicory or carrot curls and serve
