Chicken Dinner In A Pocket
|Chicken breasts||2 , halved|
|White potatoes||4 Medium, peeled (Raw)|
|Raw carrots||4 Small, cut in sticks|
1) In four 18-inch square pieces of aluminum foil, place a piece of chicken, 1/4 of the carrot sticks and a potato.
2) Season with the oregano, salt and pepper, then tightly wrap the foil.
3) Cook in a covered grill about 1 hour until the chicken is soft.
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
