Baked Chicken With Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Broiler fryer chicken 4 Pound, quartered (Two 2 Pound Each Pieces)
  Broiler fryer chickens 4 Pound, quartered
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned mushrooms 8 Ounce, drained (Reserving Liquid)
  Canned mushrooms 8 Ounce, drained reserving liquid
Directions

MAKING
1. In a shallow baking dish, add the chicken and sprinkle salt and pepepr over it; season with celery seed and marjoram
2. Add the liquid from the mushrooms on top and bake the chicken in an oven preheated to 350°F for half an hour
3. Add mushrooms to it and bake for another half an hour or more till chicken turns tender
4. Drain the liquid away; skin the fat from the liquid using a bumb baster

SERVING
5. Serve as appropriate
