1 Mince the onion.
2 In a pan add 2 tablespoons butter and saute minced onion.
3 In the same pan, add chicken breasts and brown lightly on both sides .
4 Add salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Gently simmer for 30 minutes.
5 In a bowl, mix 2 egg yolks and 1 tablespoon flour with lemon juice.
6 Pour the mixture over chicken and increase heat slightly for another 15 minutes.
7 The sauce and onions will boil down into delicious goobers to pour over the chicken.
8 Serve hot.
