|Bean sprouts||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
1 Cut chicken into 2-inch cubes or slices.
2 In a wok or a large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of soy oil.
3 Into hot wok or pan, place chicken and 4 tablespoons sesame seeds. Cook for about 4 minutes stirring constantly.
4 Add 4 tablespoons tamari.
5 Cook for approximately 4 more minutes or until chicken is done and brown in color.
6 Remove chicken and set aside.
7 Add another 2 tablespoons each of soy oil and sesame seeds, add onions, and saute.
8 Add squash, mushrooms, 2 more tablespoons of tamari and saute. Add bean sprouts and saute.
9 Return chicken to the wok or pan, mix all the ingredients together.
10 Serve immediately.
