Chicken Liver Pate With Brandy

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 500 Gram, chopped
  Chicken powder 5 Milliliter
  Chicken bouillon powder 5 Milliliter
  Apples 2 , grated
  Chopped onion 175 Gram
  Onion 175 Gram, chopped
  Butter 25 Gram
  Brandy/Sherry 25 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sage 1 Teaspoon
  Angostura bitters 10 Milliliter
  Bacon slices 4 , cooked and crumbled
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large 2 – quart microwave dish, combine first four ingredients. .
2. Cover the dish with plastic wrap or wax paper.
3. Cook in the microwave on HIGH for about 5 minutes, stirring once.
4. Reduce cooking level to MEDIUM – and continue to cook for another 7 to 9 minutes until livers are cooked and juices run clean when tested with a knife. Alternatively to cook using auto sensor, cook on A4 stirring only after time appears on display window.
5. Stir in remaining ingredients.

FINALIZING
6. Transfer the cooked ingredients to a food processor or blender jar.
7. Puree until smooth.
8. Spoon into a bowl or crock pot.

SERVING
9. Garnish the pate with parsley and chili
10. Serve it with assorted crackers.
