Ingredients
  Chicken joints 2
  Seasoned flour 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 1 Ounce
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Bacon rashers 2
  Button onions 4 , peeled and left whole
  Button mushrooms 4 , trimmed
  White stock/Water plus stock cube 1⁄2 Pint
  Red wine 1⁄4 Pint
  Bouquet garni 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut fillets in 1-inch-thick slices and beat flat.

MAKING
2) Dredge in seasoned flour.
3) In a frying pan heat butter and fry onion gently over low heat for about 5 minutes.
4) Stir in pork and mushrooms and cook for 5-6 minutes till brown.
5) Add cream and heat till boiling.
6) Take off from and add lemon juice and parsley.

SERVING
7) Serve with creamed potatoes and buttered broccoli spears.
