Golden Prize Party Chicken
|Fryer chicken||5 Pound, cut in serving-size pieces (2 Birds, 2 1/2 Pounds Each)|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Cornflake crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green onion||1 , chopped|
1.Preheat theoven to 350 degrees.
2.Remove small bones from chicken breast and pull the skin( optional).
3.Take a pie plate, mix milk, mustard, 1 teaspoon salt and marjoram in it.
4.In a separate second pie plate, mix cornflake crumbs, parsley, green onion and leftover 1 teaspoon salt.
5.Put the chicken pieces first in milk mixture and then immediately after in crumb mixture.
6.Take a cooky sheet lined with greased aluminum foil, place the pieces in a single layer on it.
7.Bake for 1 hour until the chicken is brown and soft.
