Deviled Drumsticks

Ingredients
  Chicken legs 8
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Carrot 1 Large, sliced
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Angostura aromatic bitters 2 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, add two cups of wtaer and parboil the chicken along with onion, carrot, marjoram for half an hour
2. Remove the drumsticks from the pot, add a cup of water, salt, pepper and a teaspoon fo Angostrura to it
3. In a small bowl, mix flour and the water from the pot nad mix; add to the pot and cook till thick, set aside
4. Score the drumsticks and rub with a mixture of prepared with the rest of the Angostura
5. Remove the drumstick and broil till crisp; remove on a platter and brush with butter

SERVING
6. Serve drumsticks with the sauce
