Chopped Chicken Liver
|Chicken livers||1 Pound|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , chopped|
|Diet mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot pepper sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) In a pan, add the livers and water, allow to simmer for about 10 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
2) Drain well and chop them lightly with a fork.
3) Then mix in the eggs, mayonnaise, pepper sauce and onion, blend well.
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
