Dill Chicken

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Of Fine Grade)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tarragon leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and minced
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Broiler fryer chicken 3 Pound, cut into serving pieces (1 Bird)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a screw top pint jar, add olive oil, sugar, mustard, salt, tarragon, garlic, rosemary and pepper; put the lid on tightly and shake vigourously a few times
2. Pour it into a shallow dish and coat the chicken pieces in it; turn around a number of times to coat evenly; cover and refrigerate overnight
3. Add th chicken on a prepared grill about eight inches away from the heat; turn it around every ten minutes or so and cook fr an hour till the chicken is tender

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
