Chicken Dijon With Vinegar

Ingredients
  Broiler fryer chicken 3 Pound (2 Pieces, About 1 1/2 Pound Each)
  Vegetable oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Seasoned pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. From the chicken packages, remove giblets and necks and save them for the broth; cut the chicken into serving sized pieces
2. In a large bowl, combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and add chicken to it; marinte for a couple of hours and place in the refrigerator
3. On a broiler rack, place the chicken skin side down, six inches away from the heat and broil for fifteen minutes on one side; turn, baste and broil for another half an hour or less till tender; keep basting

4. Serve as appropriate
