Barbecued Chicken-Little Legs
|Chicken wings||3 Pound|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Chopped pimento stuffed olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut wings at both joints; discard tips.
Combine disjointed wing pieces with remaining ingredients.
Marinate for several hours or overnight in refrigerator, stirring occasionally.
Arrange wing pieces on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Bake in 450-degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until crisp and browned.
Spoon marinade over wings several times during baking time.
