Lemon Chicken Cookout
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Broiler fryer chicken||2 Pound, split in half lengthwise|
1) In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika together.
2) Place the chicken on a grill, 10 inches from the hot coals with the skin side up and apply the sauce.
3) Broil for about 45 minutes, basting occasionally until chicken is cooked.
4) Serve immediately on a serving platter.
