Chicken and Lima Beans

Ingredients
  Canola oil 2 Teaspoon
  Chicken pieces 1 Pound, skinned and boned
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Onion 1⁄2 , chopped
  Frozen lima beans 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned tomatoes with juice 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Fresh chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, heat oil.
2) Add chicken to brown.
3) Add garlic and onion, to sauté for a while.
4) Add lima beans, tomatoes, parsley and paprika.
5) Cover with a lid, reduce heat and simmer until chicken is done, about 15 minutes.

SERVING
6) Serve the chicken over rice.
