Ingredients
  Broiler fryer chicken pieces 2 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened pineapple chunks in juice 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Unsweetened orange juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Use salt to season the chicken and brown the chicken over a large nonstick skillet over a medium flame for twenty minutes; pour away any excess fat
2. Drain the pineapple and reserve about a quarter cup of the juice, mix this juice with orange juice and add it to the chicken
3. Add cinnamon and gorund cloves and simmer with trhe lid on for half an hour till the chicken turns tender
4. Transfer the chicken onto a platter and keep it inside a warm oven
5. To the skillet, add pineapple chunks and a solution of the cornstarch in one tablespoon of water and stir vigourously
6. Cook till the liquid os thickened and comes to a boil

SERVING
7. Serve the chicken with the pineapple mixture
