Soyed Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  Chicken wings 2 Pound
  Ground ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon cube 1
Directions

MAKING
1. In a stockpot, add the chicken wings and sprinkle with wine and ginger
2. Add the lid on and simmer over medium flame until wine almost evapourates
3. Add all the other ingredients and cook with the lid on for an hour

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
