|Whole grain mustard||4 Tablespoon (Colman'S)|
|Chicken breasts/Drumsticks||8 , skinned|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Finely chopped nuts||4 Ounce, chopped (100 Gram)|
|Fresh breadcrumbs||4 Ounce (100 Gram)|
|Frying oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
1) Spoon Colman's grain mustard over the chicken meat and then dip in beaten egg.
2) Combine nuts with breadcrumb and coat the chicken with the mixture.
3) Chill for 20 minutes, then fry in heated oil until golden brown and crisp.
4) Serve with ketchup/chutney.
