Easy Butter Chicken Paprika

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 4 , halved
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Flour 3⁄8 Cup (6 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), finley diced
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream/Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) With a knife scarpe chicken flesh from bones. Cut into chunks.
2) In a frying pan heat 4 tablespoons butter and brown the chicken.
3) In a bowl cream butter with paprika, 1/4 cup flour and salt.
4) Spread the mixture over the chicken and cover the lid.
5) Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
6) In a saucepan melt shortening and add onion. Cool till translucent.
7) Add celery and water. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
8) Pout on the chicken and cook covered for further 15 minutes.
9) Mix the flour into sour cream and add pan juices.
10) Cook for further 5 to 6 minutes.

SERVING
11) Serve hot.
