Citrus Chicken

Ingredients
  Boneless, skinless chicken breast 4 Medium
  All-purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh rosemary 2 Tablespoon
  Mandarin orange/Orange slices 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine chicken breast pieces and flour.
2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté chicken until golden brown.
3. Add in orange and lemon juice.
4. Add fresh rosemary. Cover pan and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve with bread or toast.
