Chopped Chicken Liver

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 1 Pound
  Hard cooked eggs 3
  Onion 1 Small
  Cooking oil/Chicken fat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan broil livers, but do not overcook.
2) Force through food chopper along with eggs and onion.
3) Stir in salt and pepper.
4) Add oil and mayonnaise.
5) Beat the content with electric mixer till fluffy.
6) Chill.

SERVING
7) Serve cold.
