Baked Chicken Cut Up

Ingredients
  Fryer chicken 1 , cut up
  Red cayenne pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Dried mint 1 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Pat mint, salt, and pepper on chicken.
Place on top of broiler pan.
Pour wine in bottom pan.
Bake in 325 degree oven.
Should be cooked in about 30 minutes, maybe less.
Look at it and if it is browned and starting to show bone away from flesh, it is done.
