Quick and Easy Chicken Liver Terrine
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Chicken fat||1 Tablespoon|
|Sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken livers||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Sausage meat||1 Pound|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Spice mixture||1⁄2 Teaspoon (At Left)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
1) In a pan, saute the onion in butter until soft. Stir in sherry and simmer until the mixture is almost dry.
2) Keep 3 whole chicken livers aside and finely grind or whirl rest of the livers in the blender.
3) Combine all the ingredients except the bacon and mix well.
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
