|Fryer chicken||1 , cut in half|
|Dry white wine||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Red cayenne pepper||To Taste|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Spray pan with Pam.
Rub olive oil into chicken, and place in pan.
Sprinkle red pepper on chicken and mushrooms.
Sprinkle soy sauce on chicken generously.
Pour wine in pan (not on chicken).
Add about 3/4 cup of water.
Broil and keep an eye on it.
Turn chicken at least twice.
