|Butter||1 Ounce (25 Gram)|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Dried sage||1 Teaspoon|
|Breadcrumbs||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Prunes||8 Ounce, stoned (225 Gram)|
|Rashers rindless streaky bacon||10|
Melt the butter in a pan, add the onion and fry gently until soft.
Stir in the sage and breadcrumbs.
Stuff the prunes with this mixture.
Stretch the bacon with the back of a knife, then cut each rasher in half.
Wrap each prune in a piece of bacon and secure with a wooden cocktail stick.
Place under a preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the bacon is crisp.
