One Pan Chicken Bake
|Skinless chicken||350 Gram|
|Potatoes||6 , halved (New Or Salad)|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , cut into wedges|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm)|
|Red pepper||1 , deseeded|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Pitted black olives||1 Ounce (25 Gram)|
|Cherry tomatoes||250 Gram (1 Pack)|
1. Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Put the chicken, potatoes, lemon, garlic, pepper and thyme onto a large baking tray. Drizzle with the oil, season to taste, then roast for 30 mins.
2. Add the olives and tomatoes to the pan. Stir them around in any juices, then roast for 10 mins more or until the chicken and potatoes are browned and cooked through. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
