Chicken Liver Appetizers

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Butter 60 Gram
  Chicken livers 750 Gram, chopped
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Red wine 3 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 250 Milliliter
  Boiled rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute onion in butter.
Add chicken livers and cook for 5 minutes.
Add marjoram, parsley, wine, sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 5 minutes and serve over hot boiled rice.
