Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 50 Milliliter
  Chicken breast 2 , cut in small pieces
  Dry mushrooms 4
  Carrot 2 , cut in dice
  Bamboo shoot 175 Gram, chopped
  Dahi 175 Milliliter
  Mirin 4 Tablespoon (Rori)
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Green peas 50 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1)In a deep frying pan, heat oil.
2)Add in carrot pieces, bamboo shoot, chicken pieces, mushrooms. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
3)Now add in rori/mirin, dasi and sugar. Cook for 10 minutes.
4)Reduce heat and add in soya sauce.
5)Simmer over low heat until the quantity in frying pan reduces to ΒΌ of original.
6)Now add in the green peas.

SERVING
7)Serve warm
