Chicken A La King With Pea And Mushroom

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Frozen peas 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced (100 Gram)
  Flour 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Milk 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Chicken stock 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Cooked chicken 12 Ounce, diced (350 Gram)
  Celery salt 2 1⁄2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Pepper To Taste
  Single cream 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and melt butter for 45 seconds on power.
2) Stir fry peas and mushroom and cook for 2 minutes on power.
3) Mix flour and pour milk and chicken stock gradually.
4) Cook for 4 minutes on power, stirring once while cooking.
5) Add the chicken pieces and cook for 2 minutes on power.
6) Whisk in cream and season to taste.

SERVING
7) Serve on a bed of rice.
