Stuffed Whole Chicken Breasts
|Whole chicken breasts||8|
|Regular rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Poultry seasoning||1 Tablespoon|
|Melted butter||3 Tablespoon|
Cook rice as directed and salt; drain.
Add onion, oregano, poultry seasoning and butter.
Fill cavity of whole salted chicken breasts with rice mixture.
Arrange in shallow baking pan with open side of breasts down.
Brush breasts with bacon grease and sprinkle with paprika.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 hours at 375°.
Add the following sauce before serving
