1.Slice the chicken in pieces big enough to serve.
2.In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup flour, salt , pepper and paprika and coat the chicken piecs with this mix.
3.In a pressure cooker, put chicken, onion and 1/4 cup water and let the ingredients cook for 20 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
4.Once done, reduce the pressure by putting the pressure cooker under running water.
5.Open the cooker and take the chicken out in a dish.
6.In a bowl, mix leftover flour with 1/2 cup water and put the mixture in the cooker and allow it to boil.
7.Once done, remove the cooker from the flame and add chicken in to it.
