Chicken Apple Nuggets
|Boneless chicken||900 Gram|
|Oregano leaves||3 Milliliter|
|Basil leaves||3 Milliliter|
|Garlic powder||3 Milliliter|
|Onion powder||3 Milliliter|
|Chili powder||10 Milliliter|
|Safflower oil||1 Liter|
|Apples||454 Gram, peeled cored and diced|
|Lemon juice||15 Milliliter|
|Lime juice||15 Milliliter|
|Granulated sugar||60 Milliliter|
Dice the chicken into even size cubes.
Combine the seasonings with the flour.
Dip the chicken into the milk then into the flour.
Heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).
Drop the chicken into the oil and fry 2-3 minutes.
Place the apples in a large sauce pan.
Add the butter, juices and sugar.
Cover and cook over low heat until apples are tender.
Puree in a food processor.
Serve chicken with apple sauce on the side.
