Easy Chicken A La King

Ingredients
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced celery 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Enriched flour 1 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned broiled sliced mushrooms 6 Ounce (1 1/3 Cups / 2 Cans, 3 Ounce Each)
  Canned chicken 5 1⁄2 Ounce, diced to 3/4 cup (1 Can)
  Chopped pimiento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook green pepper and celery in butter till tender.
Blend in flour; gradually add soup; add mushrooms and liquid.
Cook, stirring constantly, till thick.
Add chicken, pimiento, and seasonings; heat thoroughly.
Serve over hot toast.
