Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients
  Stewing chicken 1
  Bead molasses 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Shoestring carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shoestring celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Canned mixed chinese vegetables 20 Ounce (1 Can, No. 2 Size)
Directions

MAKING
1) In boiling water place chicken and cook till tender.
2) Strain and reserve the stock.
3) Keep chicken aside to cool.
4) Scrape out the chicken and remove the bones. Cut in bite-sized pieces.
5) In a saucepan mix molasses, soy sauce, vinegar and salt with reserved stock and boil.
6) Add cornstarch with small amount of water.
7) Add chicken, carrots, celery and onion and cook until vegetables are tender.
8) Heat thoroughly mixed vegetables.

SERVING
9) Pour over noodles and serve.
