Baked Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
  Fine cracker crumbs 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (15 Crackers)
  Frying chicken 3 Pound (1 Whole)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Toasted sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 3 Ounce (1/2 Of A 6 Ounce Each)
Directions

Combine cracker crumbs and sesame seeds.
Dip chicken in milk, roll in cracker mixture.
Pour melted butter in 11 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 1 1/2" baking dish.
Dip skin side in butter.
Arrange skin side up in dish.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
Serves 3 or 4.
